About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To state article 47.28 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
"Article 47.28. Violation of evaluation procedure of functionality of person
1. Violation of person identified by the legislation of evaluation procedure of functionality by the member (specialist) of the commission performing assessment of functionality of person, including standards:
involves the prevention or imposing of penalty in the amount of fiftyfold to the eightyfold size of the established minimum wage for each case of assessment of functionality of person.
2. Violation of the report of assessment of functionality of person of procedure for creation of the report by developer or determinations of the number of members of valuation committee established by the legislation:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, three times exceeding the established minimum wage, for each case of assessment of functionality of person.
3. Violation of procedure for representation by the health worker of the direction on assessment of functionality of person identified by the legislation:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of seventyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage for each case of the direction.
4. Repeated making of any of the actions provided by parts 2 and 3 of this Article within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, twice exceeding the penalty imposed for the previous incident.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
