According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", paragraph one of Item 13 of the Procedure for temporary detention by employees of authorized divisions of National police of vehicles and their storage approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2008 No. 1102, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 10, 2013 No. 967/1218/869 "About approval of the amount of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms (parking)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2013 at No. 1887/24419.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
