About modification of the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning application of measures of protection and determination of procedure of separate foreign currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Item 128 of the Section X of the Regulations on measures of protection and determinations of the procedure of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 5 (with changes) to add with two new subitems of the following content:
"23) on transfer of charitable fee into the current account of charitable organization in Ukraine;
24) on transfer to residents in the territory of Ukraine according to lease agreements, hiring, leasing.".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
