1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 11, 2020 No. KR DSM-247/2020 "About approval of regulations, marginal forming of prices and markup on medicines, and also medical products within the guaranteed amount of free medical care and (or) in system of compulsory social medical insurance" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21766) the following changes and amendments:
in regulations, marginal forming of the prices and markup on medicines approved by the specified order:
1) of Item 24 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) the provided price of the producer for wholesale and retail sale for the imported HP for the Republic of Kazakhstan does not exceed average value of three minimum prices from among the reference countries given in the statement, and also does not exceed average value of three minimum prices received from these websites of the international organizations.
If the number of the reference countries less than three, the price of the producer for wholesale and retail sale does not exceed average price value of the provided number of the reference countries.
By consideration of the prices their minimum value, from among the data specified in part one of this subitem is considered.
In the absence of state registration of HP in the reference countries, the price of the producer for wholesale and retail sale does not exceed price value in the manufacturing country;";
