About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:

"Article 101. Payment procedure

1. The rent from leasing of the state-owned and municipal property is brought by the lessee according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the lease agreement signed according to requirements of the legislation on lease of the state-owned and municipal property.

2. Lease revenues of state-owned property are distributed according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Lease revenues of municipal property are brought in local budgets, except as specified, specified in part 5 of this Article.

4. The means arriving from lease of state-owned property of the state educational organizations initial and higher education having special status are not enlisted in the income of the republican budget.
