About prohibition of export of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from the Republic of Tajikistan
According to Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About procurement of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals", Article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and for the purpose of effective use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, expansion of their industrial conversion in the republic, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan DECIDES:
1. Prohibit since March 1, 2020 export of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. To industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide control over execution of this resolution.
3. Exclude Items 8-15 of appendix to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 3, 2014 No. 377 "About rates of export customs duties".
