1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine, the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine of July 31, 2012 No. 1061/468/587/865 "About approval of the Procedure for collateral actions on case of emergence of emergency situations and fires in the organizations, organizations and institutions with the round-the-clock stay of people", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2012 at No. 1396/21708.
2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
