About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning release from the taxation import duty of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine for needs of safety and defense, and elimination of technical not coordinations
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:
1. The eighth Article 11-1 to add part with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:
"The prohibition established by the paragraph the second Item 2 of this part does not extend to cases of declaration of goods in customs regime of import using the tariff privileges (tariff preferences), stipulated in Article 281 of this Code".
2. In Item of 1 part two of Article 84-1 of the word "in the Item shall be replaced with words also in figure "in Item 2".
3. In part four of Article 148 of the word "according to part three" shall be replaced with words "according to part two".
4. In paragraph four of part three of Article 165 of the word "except commodity importation cases" shall be replaced with words "except commodity exportation cases".
5. In paragraph one of part six of Article 171-1 of the word "in customs regime of reimport" shall be replaced with words "in customs regime of import".
6. Item in paragraph ten shall be replaced with words 20 parts one of Article 282 of the word "for which they are intended, others" and "for which they are intended by figures, fibers optical and plaits of fiber-optical, other cables fiber-optical, classified in commodity subcategories 9001 10 90th 10, 9001 10 90 90 according to UKT foreign trade activities, others".
7. In parts four of Article 312-1 of the word and figure "subitems "v" and "g" of Item 1" shall be replaced with words also in figure "subitems "v" - "" of" Item 1".
8. In the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions":
1) in Item 9-27:
