About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the hand electric tools completing for production

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of the hand electric tools completing for production classified by codes 8483 40 230 2, 8536 50 800 2 and 8545 20 000 1 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2029 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 8483 40 230 2, 8536 50 800 2 and 8545 20 000 1 CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "69C)" to replace with the reference "90C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 69C invalid;

add with the note 90C of the following content:

"90C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 17, 2025 No. 55 till 31.12.2029 inclusive.".

This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the inventory concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties to switches to production of hand electric tools.
