About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 24, 2023 No. 151

1. Add the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 24, 2023 with No. 151 "About the certificate of ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes" Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Within 30 calendar days from the effective date of the order of Board of the Eurasian economic commission about enforcement of general process within the Eurasian Economic Union providing execution of Item 9 of Article 147 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union when placing goods under customs procedure of customs transit use of certificates of ensuring payment of the customs duties, taxes (further - certificates) which are drawn up according to the Agreement on some questions of provision of ensuring payment of customs duties, taxes concerning the goods transported according to customs procedure of customs transit, features of collection of customs duties, taxes and procedure for transfer of the collected amounts concerning such goods of May 21, 2010 is allowed if effective period of such certificates did not expire, on condition of instruction in the second subsection of column 52 of the transit declaration of data on registration number of such certificate for the scheme determined by Item 19 of the Procedure for filling of the certificate of ensuring the discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes approved by this Decision with indication of in element 3 of serial 8-unit certificate number in the P99XXXXX format where ХХХХХ - sequence number of the certificate which is drawn up according to the specified Agreement.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
