1. The fund is the legal entity created by the Russian Federation in form of business of socially useful fund.
2. Functions and powers of the founder of Fund on behalf of the Russian Federation are performed by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of physical culture and sport and also on rendering the state services (including prevention of dope in sport and fight against it) and to management of state-owned property in the sphere of physical culture and sport (further - federal executive body in the field of physical culture and sport).
3. The fund is created and performs the activities based on this Federal Law, other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them. For creation of Fund and implementation of its activities constituent documents, stipulated in Article 52 Civil codes of the Russian Federation are not required.
4. Full name of Fund in Russian - the Russian sports fund. The abbreviated name of Fund in Russian - RSF. Full name of Fund in English - Russian Sport Foundation. The abbreviated name of Fund in English - RSF.
5. The Fund location - the city of Moscow.
6. The fund is considered created from the date of its state registration - entering of the corresponding record into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
7. The fund has the right to have stamps and forms with full name in Russian and English.

9. The fund opens bank accounts in credit institutions in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

11. For goal achievement of the activities determined by this Federal Law, the Fund has the right to enter associations and the unions based on decisions of the board of trustees of Fund.
12. The fund answers for the obligations all property belonging to it, except for property on which collection cannot be turned. The list of property of Fund on which collection cannot be turned affirms the Government of the Russian Federation.
13. The Russian Federation does not answer for obligations Fund, and the Fund does not answer for obligations the Russian Federation if they did not assume the corresponding obligations.
14. For distribution of the information and other materials connected with activities of Fund, the Fund has the right to establish mass media and (or) to act as their publisher in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
15. The fund cannot be recognized as insolvent (bankrupt).
16. The Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation and other state bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation exercise control of activities of Fund.
17. Control of forming and use of property of Fund is performed by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the financial and budget sphere, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
1. The purpose of activities of Fund is rendering additional financial support of activities in the field of physical culture and sport.
2. The priority directions of rendering additional financial support by Fund are:
1) development of physical culture and sport, including adaptive physical culture, adaptive sport, physical rehabilitation and abilitation of disabled people, sport for children and young people, mass sport, student's sport, elite sport, sport of disabled people;
