When preserving delay of serving sentence on the first sentence the court has the right to apply delay of serving sentence and on the second sentence in the cases provided by part one of this Article.";

To add 2) with part six of the following content:

"6. If during serving sentence delay the convict specified in part one of this Article commits intentional heavy or especially serious crime, the court cancels delay of serving sentence and imposes condemned penalty by rules, stipulated in Article the 70th of this Code. By the same rules penalty in the cases of cancellation of delay of serving sentence provided by part five of this Article is imposed.".
