About modification of the Federal Law "About Enforcement of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation"

The inheritance of persons specified in Item 1 of article 23 of the Federal Law of November 30, 1994 to No. 52-FZ "About enforcement of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" opens from the date of creation of record of the act of civil status about the death of specified persons if according to the document of the established form of death, issued according to the procedure, in form and in terms which are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, or the document on death, issued according to the procedure and in form which are determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care date of death of specified persons is unknown or differs from date of creation of such documents more than for three months. The accepted inheritance with the date of opening determined according to this Article is recognized belonging to the heir from the date of the death of the testator.".
