1. According to the procedure of carrying out the state certification of child care facilities of improvement and rest and assignment of the corresponding categories by it, No. 426 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2009 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 33, Art. 1142; 2015, No. 82, Art. 2720; 2021, No. 33, Art. 1929; 2024, No. 76, Art. 4484):
In paragraph one of Item 8 of the word "in triplicate" shall be replaced with words 1) "in duplicate";
Paragraph two of Item 9 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Public service for children forms the highest certifying commission and approves its members into which representatives of other central executive bodies to which sphere of management organizations belong enter. The regulations on the highest certifying commission are approved by Minsotspolitiki.".
2. According to the procedure of production and certification of parents of large family and the child from large family, No. 209 "Some questions of production and certification of parents of large family and the child from large family" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 16, Art. 734; 2016, No. 2, Art. 91; 2020, No. 89, Art. 2858):
