1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rate of export (export) customs duty on export of the raw skins of cattle and animals of family horse" of November 15, 2023 No. 595 the following change:
- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish rate of export (export) customs duty on the raw skins of cattle (including buffalo s) or animals of family horse (pair or salty, dried, limed, pickled or tinned in a different way, but not tanned, not manufactured under parchment or not subjected to further processing), with indumentum or without indumentum, doubled or not doubled goods item of 4101 CN FEA EEU:
- in the amount of 5%, but at least 50 euros for 1000 kg from customs value till December 31, 2025;
- in the amount of 10%, but at least 100 euros for 1000 kg from customs value since January 1, 2026.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
