About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733

For the purpose of debureaucratization and increase in efficiency of notarial activities, according to part 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733 the following changes:

in the Requirements to premises of private notary office and notarial bureau, procedure for their registration approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. The office, bureau shall be placed in the building or the room belonging to the category of the reorientated premises and non-residential premises adapted for implementation of notarial activities and to correspond:

- to sanitary and epidemiologic rules, regulations and hygienic standard rates;

- to fire safety regulations;

- to rules of electric safety;

- have natural and artificial lighting, heating;

- be equipped with fire extinguishing means.

The responsibility for violation of rules of fire and electric safety, and also sanitary and epidemiologic rules, regulations and hygienic standard rates is assigned to the notary.";

- add Item 22 with the paragraph of the following content:

"After receipt of the registration certificate notaries notify the relevant authorized bodies on opening of notary office, bureau.";

- to declare the subitem 2 of Item 27 invalid;
