About modification of article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" concerning realization of the right of children to receipt of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts

I. Part the seventh article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2016, 10, 99) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"The status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts is provided by guardianship and custody body in the place of the address or in the place of identification of such child local executive bodies and/or local government bodies. The procedure and conditions of provision of the status of the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts, is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective in one month from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

1) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

2) to provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
