About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About child care" concerning protection of the rights deported, compulsorily moved children

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the child injured with military operations and armed conflicts, - the child who as a result of military operations or armed conflict was wounded contusion, mutilation, underwent to physical, sexual, psychological abuse, was stolen, deported or compulsorily moved, was recruited in military forming, illegally contained, including in captivity, the child, parents (one of parents), the guardian, the custodian whose other legal representative were missing in case of special circumstances or died (died) as a result of received as a result of armed conflict of wound, contusion or mutilation in the territory of Ukraine or abroad, and also the child, is deprived of parent guardianship owing to military operations or armed conflict";

after the paragraph of the twelfth to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"deportation of the child - movement of the child, using or without use of violence performed by the state recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state - aggressor and/or the state invader, way of eviction and/or making of other forced actions, including in the absence of informed consent of the child if it reached such age and the level of development that can express it, and informed consent of parents or other legal representatives of the child, concerning movement of the child from the territory of Ukraine in which it legally is (was), on the territory of the state, the acknowledged Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state aggressor and/or the state invader, or on the territory of the third countries, in the absence of the bases provided by the laws of Ukraine and/or allowed by international law;
