About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2015 No. 106 "About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10531) the following changes:

in the Rules of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy approved by the specified order:

21) of Item 2 to be reworded as follows the subitem:

"21) the daily schedule of production consumption of electrical energy - the document approved by the system operator regulating hourly sizes of production and consumption of electrical energy for every calendar day according to the agreements on purchase and sale of electrical energy signed by participants of the wholesale market in the markets of the decentralized purchase and sale of electrical energy and centralized trade by electrical energy;";

be reworded as follows Item 27:

"27. To the single purchaser of electrical energy realization (sale) of electrical energy to the power supplying, power transferring organizations is forbidden, to the consumers and digital mayner who are subjects of the wholesale market of electrical energy, not having service provision agreements on use of national power grid or services in transfer of electrical energy in national power grid in the case provided by the subitem 3) of Item 7-1 of article 13 of this Law.";

be reworded as follows Item 38:

"38. The condition of advance payment does not extend to subjects of the wholesale market of electrical energy, being the power supplying organizations: they perform payment of the electrical energy purchased from the single purchaser of electrical energy upon, following the results of settlement period (calendar month)".
