Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of October 22, 2021 No. 109) the following change:
add Article 27 with Item 27 of the following content:
"27) the organization and implementation of the actions directed to strengthening of social unity and prevention of social tension in society.
Social unity in this Article is understood as condition of society in which the mutual trust and respect between his members are supported, and also interaction and mutual understanding between different social, cultural and ethnic groups is provided.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law and to take the necessary measures following from this Law.
