"The guarantor applies method of portfolio guaranteeing according to credit agreements on carrying out spring and field and/or harvest works with the conclusion with the creditor of the agreement on portfolio guaranteeing and in accordance with the terms of these rules determines in the agreement maximum amount of the credit and guarantee for the borrower based on internal documents of the guarantor. In case of application of method of portfolio guaranteeing on the credits for carrying out spring and field and/or harvest works credit agreements are drawn up as independent credit agreements, including within the agreement on opening of credit line.
If as the creditor according to the credit agreement the credit partnership or social business corporation financed at the expense of means of the affiliated organization for the purpose of further financing of borrowers acts, the agreement on portfolio guaranteeing is signed between the guarantor, the affiliated organization and credit partnership or social business corporation.";
