Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 432 "About approval of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 47, the Art. 1641, No. 62, the Art. 2136) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2025 No. 602
1. To state Item 1 of the resolution in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale which is applied.".
2. Paragraphs of the first and second of Item 87 of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and the determination of additional terms of sale approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"87. For objects of state-owned property the total quantity of steps for which the starting price falls constitutes 50 steps, and in case of holding repeated auction for method of step-by-step decrease in the starting price and the subsequent submission of price offers total quantity of steps for which the starting price of lot falls, constitutes 99 steps.
For objects of utility property the total quantity of steps for which the starting price of subject to privatization, to 99 inclusive falls can be established by privatization authorities of territorial communities.".
