About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 36
Based on paragraph two of part two of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 165-Z "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way of financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about requirements to rules of internal control of the organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 36, the following changes:
in paragraph three of part one and part three of Item 12 of figure "36" to replace with figures "40";
state Item 24 in the following edition:
"24. The registrar - the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who underwent certification on the registrar. The registrar shall have the higher legal education, or the higher education on specialties "Land Cadastre" or "Land Management and Inventories", or the higher education and experience of making of registration actions at least three years on the date of official publication of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it". The citizen of the Republic of Belarus cannot be the registrar if he committed earlier intentional crime for which criminal record is not removed or is not extinguished in the procedure established by the law.";
