About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 370

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 370 "About approval of the Procedure photo, video fixings of the customs and other formalities which are carried out by monitoring bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 47, the Art. 1706) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days from the date of its publication.

1. In the name and Item 1 of the resolution "customs" shall be replaced with words the word "measures of customs control".
2. Photo procedure - video fixings of the customs and other formalities which are carried out by monitoring bodies, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
