1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 17, 2023 No. 11-1-4/113 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion, change and agreement cancelation about investments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32095) the following changes:
in Rules of the conclusion, change and agreement cancelation about the investments approved by the specified order:
state Item 18 in the following edition:
"18. In case of the positive solution of the Investment headquarters on agreement signature approval, the authorized body within 3 (three) working days brings in the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) according to the draft agreements providing reducing the income or increase in expenses republican and local budgets and (or) National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, necessary documents and calculations according to Article 73 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) according to the draft agreements which are not providing reducing the income or increase in expenses republican and local budgets and (or) National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, written reasons about lack of reducings the income or increases in expenses republican and local budgets and (or) National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the draft agreements providing reducing the income or increase in expenses republican and local budgets and (or) National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan within 20 (twenty) working days sends the negotiation documents specified in the subitem 1) to part one of Item 18 of these rules to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for removal at meeting of the Republican budget commission.
