Art. I. – Article 16 of the Law of rights of persons belonging to ethnic minorities and legal status of their organizations No. 382/2001 (2001, 107, Art. 819), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"Art. 16. – (1) the Persons belonging to ethnic minorities, having the right to use the name according to the definition given in part (2) Article 36 of the Civil code No. 1107/2002, as it is accepted in their native language.
(2) the Procedure for introduction of name of person belonging to ethnic minorities in official documents is regulated by the special precepts of law established by separate regulated regulations in the field of official documents.".
Art. II. – In part (2) article 360 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "identity certificates" "identification documents".
Art. III. – In Article 39 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 66-75, 132), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Until the return is proved, the residence or the place of temporary stay of physical person is supposed on the residential address or temporary stay specified in profile of person in the State register of the population according to provisions of regulations on accounting of residents of the Republic of Moldova.";
in part (2) the word of "instructions" shall be replaced with words "entries in the State register of the population".
