Article 3.1 of the Federal Law of May 31, 1999 No. 104-FZ "About the Special economic zone in the Magadan region and in the territories of Southern Kuril, Kuril and North Kuril city districts of the Sakhalin region" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 23, Art. 2807; 2014, No. 52, Art. 7534; No. 12, the Art. 1897) to add 2023, with item 4 of the following content:
"4. For the purpose of application of customs procedure of free customs zone according to Articles 6.1 - 6.5-1 present of the Federal Law residents of the territory of the advancing development created in the territory of the Magadan region in administrative borders of the city of Magadan are equated to the members of the Special economic zone specified in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of this Article.".
