"6.1. 6.3. In case of the termination of consideration by the financial representative of the address submitted person to whom the right to claim of the consumer of financial services against the financial organization is yielded 50 percent of the payment for consideration of the address by the financial representative brought by such person in cases return:
1) provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 27 of this Federal Law;
