About modification of some orders of the Government (realization of policy of subsidizing in agricultural industry and the rural zone)

Based on Item c) article 12 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 134-137, 209) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on measures of additional subsidizing and specific conditions of the acceptability for additional subsidizing from National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone approved by the Order of the Government No. 464/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 246-248, 601), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem 1) of Item 3 of the word of "service in training and consultation in the field of agricultural industry and the rural zone" shall be replaced with words "services of special training in the areas characteristic of subsidizing measures";

2) in the subitem 7) of Item 5 of the word of "service in consultation and training in the field of agricultural industry" shall be replaced with words "services in training in the field of agricultural industry";

The subitem 4) of Item 10 to state 3) in the following edition:

"4) construction, reconstruction, expansion or technological equipping of agrotourist boarding houses or boarding houses for wine tourism;";

Item 13 to state 4) in the following edition:

"13. The size of the provided subsidy is calculated by the following formula:

S = D x K,

where:

S – the subsidy amount (in lei) which shall not exceed the amount of paid interests;

D – the interest amount, the crediting paid under the agreement, loan or leasing confirmed with bank or non-bank credit institution by means of the pay-sheet or accounts testimonial of interest payment for the accounting period;

K – the coefficient established in the form of ratio between credit amount used only on the purposes specified in Items 10 and 11, and the total amount of granted loan;";

5) Items 14 and 15 to recognize invalid;

6) subitems 3), 7) and 8) of Item 27 to recognize invalid;
