About change of appendix No. 2 to the Order GNS No. 13/2017 on procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting

In pursuance of the h. (4) Art. 118-2, of the item 4) h. (2) to Art. 133 and Art. 136 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release) and regulations of the Order of the Government No. 294/1998 on accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova No. 406/1997 I ORDER:

1. The order of the State Tax Administration No. 13/2017 "About procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 119-126, of Art. 815 of 14:04. 2017) to change as follows:

1) in Item 2 of the word "Management of the Organization of Activities of Servicing and Debts" shall be replaced with words "Head department of tax servicing", the words "General Management of Administration of Large Taxpayers" shall be replaced with words "Management of servicing of large taxpayers" and the words "General Management of Economy and Finance" shall be replaced with words "The head financial and economic department".

2) in appendix to the Order:

a) in Item 2 subitems a), b), j), k) and l) exclude;

b) in Item 7 after the words "according to item 5 and item 6" to add with words ", except tax delivery notes";
