Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 28, 2011 No. 1001 "Some questions of implementation of internal audit and formation of divisions of internal audit" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 75, Art. 2799; 2017, No. 15, Art. 430; 2018, No. 100, Art. 3329; 2022, No. 8, Art. 432; 2024, No. 58, the Art. 3427) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 4-1 of the resolution of the word "and internal audit" to exclude.
2. According to the procedure of implementation of internal audit and formation of divisions of internal audit, approved by the specified resolution:
The paragraph the twelfth Item 3 after the word of Ministry of Finance to add 1) with the words "and auditing committee (in case of its education)";
In paragraph one of item 4 of the word "and recommendations" shall be replaced with words 2) ", recommendations and consultations";
3) in Item 5:
in subitem 3 of the word "also books internal audits" shall be replaced with words "and performs auditor researches and auditor consultations";
to add the subitem 4 after words of "budget institution" with words ", auditing committee (in case of its education)";
4) in Item 6:
in paragraph one of the word "internal audit is booked" shall be replaced with words "auditor researches and auditor consultations are performed";
