About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 8, 2023 No. 1052-VIQ "About estimative activities"

Article 1. Bring in Article 96 of the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 478 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, Article 250, No. 7, article 770, No. 12 (book II), Article 1338) following changes:
1.1. In the first offer of part "municipalities" shall be replaced with words 3 words "according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About estimative activities"";
1.2. In part 5 of the word "Municipal and Special" to replace with the word "Special".
Article 2. Bring in the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 4 (the book I), Article 250 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 138, No. 4, article 365, No. 5 (book I), Article 493, No. 7, article 744, No. 12 (book I), Article 1281; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 No. 122-VIIGD and of February 14, 2025 No. 140-VIIGD) the following changes:
2.1. In Article 307.1 of the word of "independent appraisers" shall be replaced with words "appraisers in case of the conclusion of the contract for evaluating with the estimative organization, and also data on the estimative organization";
