About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions"

Article 1. Article 75 Appendix No. 3 to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" - "The list of the permissions issued on business activity" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632 (volume I); 2024, No. 6 (book I), Article 631, No. 7, Articles 747, 751, No. 8, Article 933; And of February 14, 2025 No. 139-VIIQD) to state the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 to No. 120-VIIQD in the following edition:
"75. the document confirming import of machines, processing equipment and installations, raw materials and materials by the residents, management companies and operators of industrial and technological parks, legal entities who received the document on assistance to investments and the physical persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity and also legal entities by types of economic activity and commodity nomenclatures which import from the exempted territories is tax-exempt on value added and customs duties;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023 and is effective till January 1, 2033 concerning the supporting document when importing by the legal entities and physical persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity, machines, processing equipment and installations, raw materials and materials by types of economic activity and commodity nomenclatures which import in the exempted territories is tax-exempt on value added and customs duties.
