About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 124.8 of the following content:
"Article 124.8. Escort of the vehicle transporting the face protected by the private security organization, other vehicle or maintenance more than three bodyguards (including the driver-bodyguard)
1. Escort of the vehicle transporting person protected by the private security organization, other vehicle or maintenance more than three bodyguards (including the driver-bodyguard):
attracts imposing of penalty concerning the legal entity in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Repeated making of the act provided by part of 1 this Article within year from the date of imposing of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty on the legal entity in the amount of, in one thousand times exceeding the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. In article 169.23 of the code:
Heading after the words "offer" to add 1) with the words "provide or";
Part 1 after the words "persons" to add 2) with the words "or physical person", after the words "offer" - the words "or provision", and in the same part of the word "hundredfold and two hundredfold" shall be replaced with words "nine hundredfold-tysyachesotkratnogo";
Part 2 after the words "persons" to add 3) with the words "or physical person", and in the same part of the word "it is hundredfold in is hundredfold the fivefold size" shall be replaced with words "it is nine hundredfold in tysyachesotkratny size".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 224 of the Code after the words "124.6" with the words "124.8".
