About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About banks and banking activity" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 17, 2022 No. 72-74) the following change:
to state Item 5 of part 3 of Article 67 in the following edition:
"5) to heirs (legal successors) of the client or their legal representatives - in case of submission of the documents confirming inheritance right (legal succession), stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic and also to notaries on the heritable cases on deposits of the died investors which are in their production - based on official request of the notary for provision of information.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
