About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 213.3 of the following content:
"Article 213.3. Violation of requirements of the legislation on risk management of natural disasters and protection of the population
1. Non-execution by local government bodies, organizations or individual entrepreneurs of obligations on ensuring content, servicing, operation, capital repairs, equipment, preparation and reduction in readiness of defense constructions (except for apartment houses):
attracts imposing of penalty on individual entrepreneurs in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, on responsible persons of the organization - in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, and on responsible persons of bodies of local self-government - in the amount of hundredfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Not development by local government bodies and organizations of own plan of emergency response and risks of natural disasters, its approval of authorized body, approval or inclusion in it of the actions assigned to them by republican plans of reaction and also failure to provide of its realization:
attracts the prevention concerning persons responsible for local government bodies or the organizations.
3. Not elimination of violation within six months from the date of application of the administrative punishment provided by part 2 of this Article:
attracts imposing of penalty on responsible persons of the organizations in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, and on responsible persons of bodies of local self-government - in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Not establishment by local government bodies or organizations according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, warning systems, ensuring their smooth operation or the notification of workers:
