About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

In appendix to the requirements to preparation of reports on types of the state control (supervision), municipal control and the summary report on the state control (supervision), municipal control in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2020 No. 2041 "About approval of requirements to preparation of reports on types of the state control (supervision), municipal control and the summary report on the state control (supervision), municipal control in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 50, Art. 8241; 2024, No. 8, Art. 1121):
a) add Item 2 with words ", including offers on results of generalization of law-enforcement practice";
b) add Item 6 with words ", including about influence of preventive actions and control (supervising) actions on achievement of key indicators".

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2428 "About procedure for forming of the plan of holding planned control (supervising) actions for the next calendar year, its approvals of bodies of prosecutor's office, inclusion in it and exception of it of control (supervising) actions within year" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, Art. 565; No. 37, Art. 6540; No. 39, Art. 6712; 2023, No. 34, Art. 6589; 2024, No. 22, Art. 2961):
