1. Create "The Cultural Center of Kazakhstan in the City of Beijing" organization of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).

2. According to article 1 of the Agreement to determine the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan competent authority concerning organization.

3. To the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the interested state bodies to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 866 "About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:

To add the regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution with the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry and its departments abroad, the following content:
