I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2023 No. 448 "About approval of Rules of development, approval of projects of subordinate regulatory legal acts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33023) the following amendment:
in Rules of development, approval of projects of the subordinate regulatory legal acts approved by the specified order:
add Item 21 with subitem 6-1) of the following content:
"6-1) assessment of possible social and political, legal, information and other effects of adoption of the draft of the resolution;".
2. Bring in the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2023 No. 464 "About approval of Rules of development, approval and state registration of regulatory legal acts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33048) the following amendment:
in Rules of development, approval and state registration of the regulatory legal acts approved by the specified order:
add Item 9 with part four of the following content:
"The state body developer before placement of the developed project of regulatory legal act on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts carries out assessment of possible social and political, legal, information and other effects of its acceptance."
3. To provide to department of right explanation and coordination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
