About modification of the Order of the Government No. 668/2022 about creation and maintenance of reserve stocks of natural gas

Based on part (2-1) Articles 4 and parts (1) and (2) article 108-1 of the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 668/2022 about creation and maintenance of reserve stocks of natural gas (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 305, of the Art. 750), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 6:

1.1.1. to replace the text of "47,1 of one million CBM" with the text of "50 million CBM";

1.1.2. the second offer to exclude;

1.2. in Item 8 of the word "in case of emergency or emergency situation" shall be replaced with words "in case of emergency situation".

2. Create reserve stocks of natural gas at the level established by this resolution till October 1, 2025.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
