Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 316; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 828; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1006; 2015, No. 11, Art. 972; 2016, No. 5, Art. 370; 2019, No. 1, Art. 33, No. 7, Art. 475; 2020, No. 1, Art. 27; 2023, Art. No. 1-3, 4) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with part 4 following of content:

"4. Features of state registration of the legal entities performing activities for banking activities including Islamic banks, foreign currency transaction, activities of the operator of payment and insurance system, are performed taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. In Article 2:

- add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"-electronic registration – electronic submission of documents by the applicant for state registration of creation, modification and amendments in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs and the termination of activities as a result of which the bodies performing state registration issue the document of state registration electronically;";
