To add 1) with Article 192-1 of the following content:
"Article 192-1. Evasion from payment for placement of the vehicle on the paid municipal parking
Evasion from payment of the established payment for placement (parking) of the vehicle on the municipal paid parking (in the presence of the automated system of collection of payment and time management) -
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 10 settlement indicators, on legal entities - 50 settlement indicators.";
Paragraph one of article 492 after words "Articles 179-181," to add 2) with words "Article 192-1,".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
