About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Road fund"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Road fund" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of June 3, 2022 No. 49) the following changes:

Part 1 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Means of Road fund are used only on:

1) financing of designing, construction, content, repair, reconstruction and development of highways public;

3) preparation, retraining and personnel training;

4) scientific and technical researches.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
