Article 1. In the first offer of part 5 of Article 293 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 14, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 12, h 1, h 2, Art. 757; 2024, 521) the word "court" shall be replaced with words Art. No. 7-11, "based on its statement local executive body of the government".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
