Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2022 No. 580-FZ "About the organization of transportations of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi in the Russian Federation, about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 1, Art. 27; No. 26, Art. 4686) following changes:
Article 9 to add 1) with parts 7 - 14 following contents:
"7. The vehicle, data on which are entered in the regional register of automobile taxi, shall correspond for date of such introduction to one of the following requirements:
1) the cumulative number of points for accomplishment (development) in the territory of the Russian Federation of technological transactions (conditions) in case of production of the specified vehicle corresponds to the cumulative number of points established by regulatory legal act of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purposes of implementation of purchases of products of automotive industry for ensuring the state and municipal needs;
