"12) newly created legal entities - limited liability companies, joint-stock companies with the single shareholder and the economic partnerships corresponding to the conditions specified in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of part 1.1 of article 4 of this Federal Law (except for the conditions established by paragraphs second and third this subitem), the economic partnership, production cooperatives, consumer cooperatives, peasant farms created during the period from December 1 of prior calendar year to May 31 of the year following after the current calendar year.
