About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production"

Bring in the Federal Law of June 13, 2023 No. 203-FZ "About state regulation of production and turnover of tobacco products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 25, Art. 4392; 2024, No. 33, Art. 5021) following changes:
Part 1 of Article 2 to add 1) with Item 15 of the following content:
"15) tobacco products - the smoking rooms or not smoking tobacco products packed into consumer packaging.";
Part 4 of Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"4. The installed (mounted) capital processing equipment determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in the list of types of the capital processing equipment according to part 2 of this Article in case of lack of the license for one of the types of activity specified in Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 8 of this Federal Law and also in case of cancellation or cancellation of the corresponding license shall be preserved under control of federal body on control and supervision. Use of products by the producer and (or) raw materials of the capital processing equipment is allowed only after its degreasing under control of federal body on control and supervision. The procedure and terms of preservation and degreasing of the capital processing equipment are established by the Government of the Russian Federation. The installed (mounted) capital processing equipment is not subject to preservation in case of lack of the license for one of the types of activity specified in Items 1 and 2 of part 1 of article 8 of this Federal Law:
