1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on maintaining the register of fair entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 26, 2022 No. 715 the following changes:
in Regulations on the maintaining the register of fair entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 3:
"authorized body on development of entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - authorized body)" shall be replaced with words words "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - registry holder)";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Forming of policy on maintaining the Register is performed by authorized body on development of entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- in Items 8, 12-14, 16, the subitem 2 of Item 21 of the word to replace "authorized body" in different case forms with the word "registry holder" in the corresponding cases;
- in Item 29:
