These rules of identification of hazardous production facilities (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 112) of Item 16 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of the article 16 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for identification of hazardous production facilities by the organizations having hazardous production facilities and (or) involved in works on them (further - the organizations).";
state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. By results of identification the organization provides within fifteen working days information in territorial authority of authorized body in the field of civil protection in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules.";
