About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning legal status in the Kyrgyz Republic of national digital currency - digital som

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:
Article 22 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 22. Types of objects of the civil laws
Things, including money and securities, virtual assets, digital som, other property, including property rights belong to objects of the civil laws; works and services; the protected information; results of intellectual activities and means of individualization (intellectual property) equated to them, and also other material and non-material benefits.";
Paragraph two of Item 2 of Article 35 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Payments in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic are made in the form of cash and clearing settlements (including payments with digital som).";
Item 1 of Article 89 to add 3) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Use in trade names of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the words "digital som" and "platform of digital som" is forbidden.".
Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following changes:
in Article 776:
a) "non-cash procedure" to add Item 1 after words with words "(including digital som)";
b) add with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Calculations digital som are perfromed on platform of digital som according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on payment system.".
